My Norton account contains 2 copies of the NIS product. I have one PC active on one NIS product but the download period has expired. The other NIS product is active with a later expiration date and has 1 download left. I want to move the PC attached to the download expired product onto the unexpired product such that all 3 of my PCs will be attched to the same product licence going forward and I'll only have to renew one product licence per year.
On the PC attached to the NIS product which is still active but where downloads are disabled, do I have to fully uninstall and then download from the product which still has one download permitted or can I simply click download and it will move the expiration date to the latest product?
If I have to uninstall will the download (with subsequent reinstall) work seemlessly or is there a further tool I need to run between these 2 steps? Basically I want to get my 3 PCs in sync on 1 product licence without having to buy another product!
Thanks,
