Constant alert message

I have a constant alert notification with apparently no way of acknowledging it.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Genie to no avail.
Anyone?

What device and OS version are you using?

Did you restart your device between the uninstall and reinstall?

I have had the same problem and wondered if any of your efforts resolved the constant alert badge on Norton Genie. My OS is 18.1 (and all prior OSs to 17.6.1.

I turned off Genie notifications in Settings.
Problem solved.
