Constant; Rule "Default Block SSDP"

Earlier this evening, whenever I opened mozilla firefox I recieved a notification from Norton about a 'Bloodhound.Flash.7', which it removed. Upon looking through my history I saw that every minute for at least an hour Norton had detected; Rule "Default Block SSDP" blocked (192.168.0.1, port (2869) ). Inbound TCP connection.

As the Bloodhound was detected in one of my mozzila profiles, cache, I deleted my history and cache etc. Now when I turn on Mozzila it does not appear. But I'm still confused as to what is going on, especially with this Default Block SSDP still going on. Can anyone explain what it is and how I need to fix it, if at all?
