Constant Tracking Cookie

I recently fell victim to the ‘nimp.org’ trick. For anyone unfamiliar with it, here’s a description: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=nimp.org

Anyway, when it happened I quickly shut my computer down, and when I started it again I did a full system scan with my Norton Internet Security 2009, which discovered a virus (some sort of trojan) and a tracking cookie and removed both.

However, since then, every time I do a scan it discovers a tracking cookie. No matter how many times I remove it, after I’ve been on a few websites its always there at the end of a scan. I know tracking cookies aren’t harmful or anything, its just really annoying me.

Can anyone help?
