As the header reads, i am getting these in my security logs constantly as of weds the 16 of feb before this date there was near none.
now i know they are usally harmless, just norton doing its thing, the weird part is this.
they are all from different files, but each file that it detects it from is not just trying to access one part of nortons, it is trying to access multiple areas of it at the one time is this normal? for example
at 10:07 i got
Actor C:\Program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe
actor PID 5320
then about 20 entrys all of the same actor and actor PID but different targets in norton 360 various .dll's and what not.
i thought this may have been internet explorer doing this but in my log there is files doing it such as notepad varioud windows .exe even some PC games .exe doing it
i updated to version5 about 30 mins after making this thread and it seems to have stopped i dont know if it was from the upgrade or from the fact my pc had to reboot.
