I have Vista and Sony Vaio...wonderful combination! :smileymad:

About once a fortnight my Norton 360 becomes inaccessable and I have to wipe it off and reinstall it.  Obviously this leaves my computer vulnerable and I really shouldn't have to constantly be reinstalling it.

What's up with it? What can I do to stop this happening? Do I have a virus?

Any help would be great

Thanks

Elisa

You might consider letting us know what operating system you are using and the version of Norton 360 (help/ about). You do not say what problem you actually have other than "inaccessable ". It would help to know exactly what action you take and what result is displayed. Of course you may have a virus. Have you scanned your computer for virii when you reinstalled?
