What's the contact info (phone number, mailing address, email address) for Norton's Legal Department? I've been getting the runaround on a refund for 3 months ("You'll get it in 24-48 hours" and then nothing). I think that I may need to escalate it myself with a lawsuit.

Yes, it was within a few days of the autorewal. I got a refund email, but no money went to my account. I've been hearing excuses for 3 months ("It's escalated to the level 2 team." "The level 2 team added a note that you should get it in 4-5 weeks because it didn't go through." "My supervisor talked to the level 2 team. You'll get it in 24-48 hours." "This case is with the Cyber Safety team, and I can't transfer you to them. You'll just have to wait until they call you.").
