Contact Norton by Phone

Why doesn’t Norton answer their phone. Also Chat froze. I am not getting the phone call from support I was supposed to get this morning.

@pkferret Are you attempting to completely backup the entire contents of drive C: or just files? Norton cannot image an entire drive, just files and directories you choose. Do you have the latest version 26.7.11086 (build 26.7.11086.990) installed? Have you connected your backup device and its showing as a connected drive and followed the below? [create a local backup to a different drive] SA

P.S. There must have been a problem at Norton where the phones didn’t work and the chat froze and could not be closed.
