How can you contact Technical support? After 45 minutes I had to give up on the “chat” option - nothing happens, and I’m not crazy about downloading more Symantec files on my computer - that’s why I’m trying to contact support. E-mail doesn’t work since the product version button offers no options and the message won’t be accepted without the version which you can’t set. Or sometimes the “check here to email us” link just does nothing. Using the option for “unlisted matters” just sends you back to chat. This all seems rigged so you can’t contact them although it looks like you can.

There are a lot of good folks here comprising a wide variety of knowledge.
We got several post, that we are faster sometimes than tech support, so go ahead, and test us ;) :D :D!
