has anyone is successful in contacting the human customer care executives after the irritating, irresponsible AI customer care executive was introduced. i have an issue and i tried several times to contact the executive but always this AI interface is coming and giving irrelevant responses.
When dealing with the AI bot, when you can enter information enter " agent please". That should get you connected to a human.
