NIS 2008. I guess that after some of its updates, I am now receiving continous messages on my desktop. I would like to understand WHAT is causing those messages. I do not want to hide the balloon; I want to kill the reason as it adds slowness to my PC.

phermi, please look in your logs and you should see some more details about the network that you’re continuously reconnecting to. I sounds like you may be working with an unreliable network connection.

Dear Reese,

Problem got corrected with 2009. (at least for now).

Thanks

PS: I do not think the log survived the install of 2009
