Hi I'm a newbie so sorry if this is so obnvious but I get a perpetual pop up of "high risk virus alert" object name C:\WINDOWS\cscigfe.wcv, Virus name Trojan. KillAV, Action taken: Unable to repair this file, Action Taken - access to the file denied.
I don't really know how to clear this as I can't delete the C:\Windows\cscigfe.wcv file as the delete function doesn't allow me to remove it - a pop up says unable to remove - and frankly the suggested symantec link regarding removal is not really that clear as to which files and how you remove them; the files that show in the registry file do not mention the aforementioned offending article. please help - thanks
