Continual renewal request

I have Norton 360, and automatic renewal services. My service was renewed in 2020 and I am covered through 2021. I am still getting request to renew my service. I've used the chat service and thought we had the problem solved, but I'm still getting notice that I need to get Norton protection. I've used Norton for years without issues, but now, can't seem to get rid of this persistent, annoying problem. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Are you still using the older legacy Edge? I'm using Edge Chromium Version 88.0.705.68 (Official build) (64-bit). Password manager and Safe Web extensions, nothing appears when opening to my initial start page. Not even a prompt to install extensions and they're already installed as some others have reported. Please get a screenshot and post it here so we can actually see what you are seeing. Here is how:

You may also want to clear your Edge cache and restart Edge to see whether that clears the issue.

My renewal is in November of 2021, so that is not an issue. It's not an email, Lately when I try to open Edge browser The first page up (it's a full screen statement)  Says,  Renew your subscription, Protect now, Norton security. I have to close that page and reenter EDGE.  It used to say  You are not protected renew now in  big red print.

When in 2021 does your current subscription expire?  If you are within 30 to 45 days, that seems to be the time frame where Norton starts nagging to renew.

If these requests are from emails, check the sender's address against the information here.  Is this email from Norton legitimate?  There are a lot of fake Norton emails being reported lately.

Hello mikecar. Log into your account and disable automatic renewal. That should stop the notifications.
