I wish I knew what was wrong with it as it suddenly stopped working.  I tried to reinstall it and it will not reinstall.  It repeatedly gives the message "Install failed!  Please relaunch the installer and try again".

That tool was released by "Norton Labs" in prehistoric days .... even I used it on VISTA and continued in 7 but Norton Labs seems to have disappeared and I'm sure the Norton UAC is long forgotten .... as you can see.

 

I liked it ......

 

Maybe it has an early installer no longer recognized in modern Windows .... are you on 64 bit Windows and is it the same Windows that you originally installed it on?
