Continued Access to OnlineFamily-Norton

In a thread about Product Marketing and in reply to a user of Norton 360 Jody said:  "However, right now we're offering free access to OnlineFamily.Norton for early adopters. So, if you sign up for OnlineFamily.Norton today, you'll get permanent free access to the service."

I tried to ask a follow up on that but as the thread was already marked "solved" I guess no one noticed my question. So here it is again:

Were you referring to all early adopters of ONF or only those who are also subscribers to Norton 360?

I am surprised not to have received a response to this simple question by now.

I feel embarrassed to push the question but it doesn't feel good to be ignored.

Let me repeat the question:

In a posting of 24th August 2009 Jody (Product Manager) said:

My question is, who qualifies as an early adopter and is the intention still to provide them with permanent free access?

Failing an answer to that question can you give us an update on plans/thinking regarding pricing?

David

Hi dgardner,

Thanks for your patience and interest in the product.  We will update the thread as soon as final decisions have been made.

Thanks,
