I have a MacBookPro11,5 and Big Sur OS. I have had trouble since Catalina getting the VPN component of the Norton Premium package to connect on the first attempt. Now, to add to the problems, I notice there is an occasional pop-up from Norton asking me if I want to block an IP address trying to connect to my VPN service. I traced the IP through WHOIS back to Amazon, the Host that the Mac version VPN seems to consistently land on when choosing the US as the region. Unless I accept the connection, my VPN gets 'shut down' by Amazon. I assume they have some sort of automated tool to query the IPs on there servers and penetrate those that come back masked, as in my Norton Mac VPN client. What can be done about this?

Hi,
Could you please confirm what Norton version you're currently using? Thanks.
