Continuing Registration Alert For Norton Security for Mac v6.1.1

I am running Norton Security for Mac v6.1.1 Build 7.  Periodically I get a pop-up informing me that I have not completed registration.  When I follow the link to "correct" there is no sign of a means to register -- and a search for "registration" on the support site leads nowhere.  

Also, after months or reporting that the Norton Security icon in top bar of the mac screen no longer allows you to open up Norton Security, nothing has happened.  I run Norton products on both Windows and Mac machines, and the customer support for Mac users is simply not there.  Very disappointing.  Not even an acknowledgement, an "I'm working on it" or any indication of when the next release/fixes will be available.
