Continuous Error

For 5 days now, when I try to log in I get an error message.

when will this be fixed or will it be like this forever. Spotty is not good when it comes to minitoring.

This has been a common problem that has been occurring since they started the upgrade on the 6th of November. It escalated from there with the time change. 

 

Just got off the phone with a tech a few minutes ago for the third time in as many days. All 3 techs have not been aware of this service issue, or at least they are not treating it as if they have a problem. This has been going on since they started their update. Not to mention the Norton Toolbar is still not functioning correctly in Firefox and it is still causing Chrome to hang and not completely load web sites until you switch to another tab and then back.

 

The big question is how many extra weeks are they going to add to our subscription after this issue is finally resolved.

I am getting this after a few days of it working for one of two children.  This is ridiculous.  Is there an ETA or fix that I can try?

 

 

There is no ETA, so don't hold your breath. Go enjoy thanksgiving and hope that by Christmas norton has a gift for you....a working product.

Why dont you have a redundant backup system?  Why are we all being locked out, for your software snags?

 

Is this an indication of the rest of the program? How can we trust it to monitor effectively?

 

When you are dealing with families and kids, and telling us you can help, you need to be better than microsoft, not barely as good as..

 

please let me know when you have this fixed. In the meanwhile, I will just stand over the kids and watch their every move.
