For 5 days now, when I try to log in I get an error message.

This has been a common problem that has been occurring since they started the upgrade on the 6th of November. It escalated from there with the time change.
Just got off the phone with a tech a few minutes ago for the third time in as many days. All 3 techs have not been aware of this service issue, or at least they are not treating it as if they have a problem. This has been going on since they started their update. Not to mention the Norton Toolbar is still not functioning correctly in Firefox and it is still causing Chrome to hang and not completely load web sites until you switch to another tab and then back.
The big question is how many extra weeks are they going to add to our subscription after this issue is finally resolved.
