Hi, I'd welcome advice. My laptop is being bombarded with continuous attacks by (I quote) System Infected: Trojan Bedep Activity. Norton has continuously blocked these. I don't understand Norton's logs technically but the gist is when I first booted up computer yesterday a.m. the blocked attacks were by Exploit Kit Redirection 7 then changed to the Trojan (above). I phoned Norton Support Chat line and informed there was nothing to worry about as Norton was protecting my computer; I could turn off the notifications. I don't feel this is a solution. Is my computer safe? Can the attacks be stopped? Incidentally I ran Norton Power Eraser yesterday when prompted. One file appeared fwsfg.dll but Norton unable to identify if this was an issue.
