Hello, I need some help, please? What it is my N360 Premium appears to be too expensive for me to pay yearly and the high energy prices are making my income worse. However, I wasn't sure if I should either downgrade to N360 Deluxe or maybe N360 for Gamers. The reason why I might consider N360 for Gamers is how it's designed to not interfere with my online gaming as well as not cause my games to crash. I had to turn off Norton Crypto as well had to adjust the firewall popups that distract me quite a bit. I did try to use https://support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/home/current/contact but it appears to not work as I would expect it would be. Because every time I click on [Norton for Mac and Windows] and type "downgrade" in the search box it doesn't help or show any solutions for me, and when I clicked on [I still need help], it keeps asking me for me to login into My Norton account again and again.
By the way, will N360 for Gamers be cheaper than my current N360 Premium license and will I have fewer features using N360 for Gamers, like fewer devices to activate N360 and Dark Web Monitor?
Plus when I tried to change my N360 account by cancelling my subscription in order to prevent me from automatically renewing my N360 Premium subscription, I noticed my Norton Utilities Premium also got cancelled instantly. So will there be any other applications or Norton products that will be no longer accessible or that?
Please let me know and maybe give me some assistance or tips.
Thanks for the assistance! I'll keep my automatic renewal subscription off and will buy the cheaper N360 version when the time comes. Also, I won't buy Norton 360 from 3rd party online retailers that I'm not familiar with, as they are Misleading Applications lingering online that can be disguised as an AntiVirus software. So my would be best would be PC World or Amazon.

May be best to shop around thru 3rd party reputable retail vendors.
I've not heard of a "downgrade" option.
May be best to turn off Norton Automatic Renewal Service/remove payment information and run out current subscription term.

Norton is no longer offering the free Norton Utilities with a 360 subscription with Automatic Renewal enabled. You were able to continue using the Norton Utilities until one of 2 things happen.
You turn off automatic renewal for your 360 subscription.
Your initial 360 subscription that gave you the free Norton Utilities expires. Even if you have auto renewal enabled and your subscription does get renewed, the free Norton Utilities will no longer work.
