Every week I run Norton 360 on my Windows 7 system. Before I run it, I have no trouble getting in to my online bank account; after I run it, when I login to the bank they accept my user id & password, then require me to obtain an authorization code since their cookie has been removed from my computer (by Norton). I have been unsuccessful in finding where I could get a list of what cookies were removed so I could find the name of their cookie, remove it myself, run Norton & replace the cookie myself. I would then not have to call the bank week after week after week after week ....... to obtain another code. I have verified that it is Norton that is removing the cookie by logging on to the bank successfully, then running a suspected program, then logging on to the bank successfully, etc. until the suspected program is Norton & the login is not successful after Norton. Does anyone have any ideas?
