Got it using other software.  Bummed Ghost didn't work for me.

How did you copy the drive, which settings did you use?

I would recommend reviewing Chapter 15 of the Norton Ghost 14.0 User Guide (linked above) before attempting the make a disk copy. This chapter details the hardware and software settings necessary for copying the drive, as well as the many different available options. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about this process.

Hi Tony, I had printed and followed the instructions.  Maybe instructions were not clear enough for me.  After hours of struggling and re-doing, I bought a competetive product and it worked perfectly for me first try.

I do not have documentation of my settings.  I believe I followed the instructions.

I see others in the forum with same problem I had, and no resolution.  Might be something you want to have worked on by the development team.

I'd start with how to make sure the customer clones a "C" drive to a "C" drive and not a C to something else.  This was very clear in the competetive product.

Regards,

Dan

What product did you bougth?

I'm having the exact same problem with NG14.

I'm reading all of it's problems just to do a Copy Hard Drive, now I'm really dissapointed about NG14.

Thank you.

Acronis worked perfectly first time.
