Norton Utilities version 16.0.2.39, Engine 5.0.0.5 began giving me the above error on 1/7/2017. I am using the absolutely most recent version of Windows 10. I have run smart updatw and re-installed Norton utilities. I continue to get this error, even though all appears to be up to date. This seems to have been an issue in 2014. Any ideas how to correct this occurrence of the error?
