Use the search icon on the Windows taskbar and type “core isolation”.
It will take you to the Windows Security page for Core Isolation and you can check to see if you have them on or off. Check them on if you wish after doing your research. This is probably what Norton is checking and warning you.
@Parryjm I would do a simple restart of the computer, then run live updates with Norton to see if that changes things. Windows Core Isolation settings won’t affect Norton, Norton will affect core isolation if there is a corrupted update delivered.
Memory integrity was set to "Off"
Location Security Authority protection was set to "ON"
Microsoft Vulnerability Drive Blocklist was set to "On"
These were the same setting as on my computer.
I tried turning Memory integrity to "On", but it would not allow me to turn on.
When I clicked on "See Details" it said to restart computer to install important protection updates
I restarted laptop, looks like issue got resolved. No longer saw the "Core Protection" screen.
Things are back to normal. Thanks for everyone's help :-).
