Good evening.
I'm in the U.K. and my Symantic program on our home computer is being blocked. It can't scan and it is impossible to switch it over from disabled.
I tried downloading Norton 2011 to get the computer cleared but it can't be downloaded whilst a Corporate program is in place. How do I clear the Symantic program so that it will do its job...or is it safe to simply erase it and then install the Norton 2011?
Its 9:00 p.m. here and my computer is a mess...no emails, no security...is there anything that can be done???
