Hi All
This is happening on my mums pc,I can not physically get there to help her so I help her via email/phone calls.I am looking at uninstalling her 2010 version and running the removal tool then getting her to re install a non corrupt version of NIS2011...trouble is I can not find where to get the clean version from...
What I usually do is get her to down load the Norton removal tool save it where she can find it and then the same for the NIS2011...then she can safetly shut off from the net until she starts up the new installation and can reconnect then.
Can someone point me to the link I can send her for the download of NIS2011.
