Cost of renewal

I was charged for an automatic renewal $114 while I can buy the same Norton 360 from Amazon for $34. It is absurd to get overcharged, abused and cheated by the company I am its loyal customer for more than 10 years.

Norton automatic renewal option does not equate to "best price" nor "loyalty discount".  Shop around for best price from reputable vendor.

Norton products (including subscriptions and Automatic Renewals) may be refunded within 60 days of the purchase date.

Credit card companies/banks etc have for a long time now set up a system that 'helps' card holders who have recurring payments set up with their card. What the service does is ensure that you do not bounce any payments because of a change in expiry date, or credit card number, or even as you have found if you change cards altogether. If you do not want this service, you could try contacting your card issuer and see if they can disable that 'feature'. (credit peterweb)
