Since a couple of weeks I’m trying to access the Could Backup from the Norton Webpage, but after my login and 2FA authentication the page starts loading but redirect to a new login.
I tested in different browsers, incognito mode, reboot but the behaviour is always the same.
Someone is enfacing the same behaviour?

Yes I cannot get into the cloud backup in my online Norton account. It keeps redirecting me to the same login page as you have experienced.
Different Browsers, cleaning cookies and cache and many other things I have tried have failed. I have also reported this to Norton in the send feedback area of my app.
Still having the same issue here no VPN and no ad blockers.
All other website services like subscriptions, dark web monitoing, privacy monitor etc. are available to reach. Only cloud backup feature gives me the redirect.
