Could not communicate with Norton Internet Security on Mac

Hi guys!

 

    I've installed "Norton Internet Security 5 For Mac" on this station:

 

        - Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9);

 

    And, after some hours the NIS stop working and return this message:

 

First,

 

"Could not check coverage for Norton Internet Security. If this error persists, please try re-installing Norton Internet Security."

 

Then,

 

"Could not communicate with Norton Internet Security. The Norton Internet Security background application is not running. You should re-install Norton Internet Security."

 

     I've tried to Uninstall with RemoveSymantecMacFiles‏ from Norton Directory (FTP) and re-install again with a new download from my Norton Account Site and, nothing... The error turn back after some hours "on".

 

More information:

 

     When the NIS return error the Mac Computer stop working for Navigate/Comunicate on the Internet but the VMWare Fusion (6.0.4) installed on this station continue working fine...

 

    Can anyone has any idea or could you help-me, please?
