Couple of questions about noron firewall

What does this mean-

rule- default block web services on devices "blocked communication)     local address- All local network adapters port 5357, process name is system

rule- Default block microsoft windows 2000 smb, blocked communication, all local network adapters port 445 process name is system

rule- default block on windows file sharing, blocked communication, process name is system. local address port 139- 192.168.1.100 (thats not my ip address) but when I searched for it look what I got- http://ws.arin.net/whois/?queryinput=192.168.1.100, although I am sure that is the default ip address of lyncsys routers.

rule- default block EPMAP blocked communication, local address- all network adapters (port dcom(135)), process name is windows/system 32/svchost.exe

What do all those rules mean? I have 1 desktop pc connected to a wireless router, connected to vonage device, connected to modem. The router is ONLY used for my ps3 wich I havent used in months, the router has security. There should never be even 1 single computer on my network besides the 1 desktop. The desktop is WIRED to the router it is not wireless. Also on whatsmyipaddress.com, it said it detected MANY proxy servers. What does that mean? Am I in danger? there is on ly one computer on my network and it is wired through a wwireless router (only used for ps3 (not usedin about a year)
