have HP desktop with windows XP. Of late the cpu freezes up 100% . I have looked on line for solution with safe search but still getting a blank..i am a novice at using computer. I have norton 360 that covers my winXP, wife laptop Vista and another laptop with windows 10. The xp and vista have been running slow, but the xp cpu running high. need help in plan terms that a novice can understand. any help will be highly appreciated
