Late last year I upgraded by Ghost from 9 to 14 (didn't realize it was quite out-of-date). In October last year I managed to create my first "one time independent recovery point" to CDRW and it worked fine.
I tried to do this again in January but with no success.
Each time I try to do this with the verification switched on , NG14 goes through the motions of the backup and at the end it appears fine but when it asks for the first media ( this I think is the very end point of the backup part rather than the start of the verification phase) . It cannot identify the CD I put in as the first.
I know very well that it is because I have all of my CD's numbered. So I have to cancel out to investigate.
I check out all of the CDs I use and find that although they all have data on them, there is no Ghost picture when I look at them using windows explorer or via my computer - so they appear blank. When I try to do this without verification , the same thing happens. All of the CDs appear to have data on them but there is no ghost picture on any of the CDs except the last.
Ihave tried to do this by defining a task , but then after NG14 spits out the first CD and I insert the 2nd CD and close the draw nothing happens.
Any suggestion or advice on this would be most welcome !
