I just installed Norton Safety Minder(NSM). Then I created child accounts in Windows. But I can't start NSM, because it says child accounts not setup on web portal. When I log on to web portal as parent I do not see any place to add child accounts.
I am sure I am missing something. How do I get started with NSM?
