Yesterday I requested a refund of the product via Norton customer support and then booked another product.
According to customer support, I had to change the payment method from PayPal to credit card. Subsequently, my card was blocked due to fraud and I had to have it unblocked at my bank. My bank has now warned me that this may be a case of fraud
The direct debit via another card and the refund worked.
Has this ever happened to you? I now have an uneasy feeling about this provider.
