Credit card information

1- how can I remove my credit card information stored by default by Norton when I first purchased Norton product ?

 

2- why the auto-recovery was enabled by default while it should be an option requested by the customer and shouldn't be active by default?

 

the above issues happened because we all know that reading the agreement while using the credit cards takes too much time and a respectful company shouldn't take an advantage of the long list of terms and conditions.

 

 notes : I dont have a local customer support agent to call from KSA thus my only way to communicate is thru Email and chat which seems not available in my area and keeps disconnecting and the Email never works.

 

and to be honest that was one funny statement I received from norton after the auto-renewal:

•  Time Savings - Save time and effort with one less thing to-do.

:) I spent more than 2 hours trying to understand what is auto-renewal and from where did they get my card info,calling my bank trying to connect to the chat and searching for the customer support Email.
