Credit Cared Problem

"We are unable to process your order using the Credit Card supplied......." is the message I get when I try to renew my subscription on the web site. This is with three different credit cards, repeatedly trying over the past two weeks, and the information is entered absolutely correctly. I have just used one of the cards on another site with no problem. I have tried turning off the Firewall and my Trusteer Rapport program but no difference. I get no help from the Symantec web site for this problem. I have tried to renew on three different computers and it is always the same. This is very frustrating.
