I just upgraded to Norton 360. I am concerned however, that I could not find any means on the Norton website to indicate that I had 306 days remaining on my previous version (Norton 2006) so that I could get credit for that period, subsequentlly, I was charged full price for the 360 version. Did I miss some credit indicator somewhere, or a means of indicating that I already had a valid subscription?
If you have purchased the renewal (I think it is a renewal as the version is 2006) within the last 60 days, the customer service team will be able to provide you a refund for this. Otherwise they may be able to transfer the subscription pf the 2006 version to the Norton 360.
The best idea is to contact them. They will be in a better position to help you.
