CSV file error

Context: Due to memory issues to medical reasons, I always struggled for an easy user-friendly password manager which provided me quality software for needs on my computer and Android phone.

Current Issue: I am trying to Import my CSV file from “RoboForm Password Manager” to “Norton Password Manger” but have had little success so far. And no solution yet which is why I am reaching out to the community of Norton to hopfully find someone a little more wiser.

I tried to reach out to “Norton Chat Support” and things were going well. But then I about lost it when they suggested to type them all out inside “Norton Password Manager”. Am I going crazy here? If the issue isn’t the CSV file but the “Norton’s Password Manager” shouldn’t Norton be taking care of this? Instead of telling me to manually type all my Information in? Example I have over atleast 80+ Active Logins then you add the website/links and the passwords and whatever else you had in previous password manager you used…

I look forward to responses hopefully someone can help.
Thanks in advanced

Every password manager uses its own file format. Almost all support exporting to CSV files. This sounds good at first glance, but CSV files are not specialized password database formats, they only specify a low-level layout of the stored data (for CSV: data fields are separated by commas;. These formats do not specify the high-level arrangement of the data (for CSV: order/meaning of the fields;). Because of this, many users are confused when application #1 exports data to CSV and application #2 cannot read the CSV file.

CSV files can appear different due to variations in how data is delimited (separated), encoding, and how they are opened and interpreted by different software, even though they are all based on the same basic principle of storing data in a comma-separated format.

for example:

Maybe, try running a password manager that Imports more common file formats
for example:

Caveat: I run Bitwarden on PC & Android
Caveat: I’ve not tested Bitwarden - Import → RoboForm

Caveat: I run Enpass

Does bitwarden have a internet security, malware protection etc? (Still new and learning)
The reason I went with Norton is because it bundled everything into 1 price.
Im tired paying multiple subscriptions for things when it never delivers what it promises.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Bitwarden is a password manager.
Bitwarden is free or fee.

Norton Password Manager is a password manager.
Norton Password Manager is free.
Norton Password Manager does not require Norton subscription.
