Curfew\time limit and monitoring option turned off on Android phone. App is still monitoring and restricting screen time. Both child and parent phones were restarted. Parents app uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

Typically the house rules gets refreshed on the child’s devices instantly. In some scenarios, when you see delay, could you please try manually refreshing the house rules?
Steps:
- Open Norton Family App
- Tap on child avatar in the top left
- Tap on House Rules
- Pull down to refresh house rules manually.

Thank you. Yes, I tried that several times. There was never a curfew/time limit set from the first time we installed the app to when this issue started. It was never an option we turned on. I uninstalled and reinstalled the child’s app and it has seemed to solve the problem.
