Im a current comcast customer and keep getting the message "your subscription has expired". I had completely uninstalled Norton, using Norton uninstall tool, and re-install Norton from Comcast site (3 different times with the same "expired" message). Norton support tech had remote into my computer, uninstall, reinstall, and got the same "expired" message. Furthermore, I had subcriptions with Norton 360 in the past years, could this be a conflict at Norton's end?
Please help
