Customer service complaint and service provided

I have concerns about Norton Life Lock customer service reps and the service provided by Norton

Lifelock credit monitoring service does just that. They monitor your PII to see if new accounts are being opened in your name, or using your PII. They notify you so you are aware this is happening and if it is you doing this, you have nothing to do. It it is not you, you know to contact the company, in this case PayPal, to notify them of a possible scam. You can find contact information for PayPal by Googling 'PayPal'. LifeLock should step in if you are unable to resolve any issue on your own.

Please clarify you run Norton 360 with LifeLock plan.
Norton 360 without LifeLock plan.
Or, stand alone LifeLock plan.

Please clarify Norton product/s name and version.

The customer service reps are difficult to understand with their broken English and I have to spell everything out for them.  They also seem to not listen well and I have to repeat myself over and over.  When asked to speak to a supervisor they will not transfer me. Also how safe is my PII if the call center is located overseas, doesn't make me feel very secure.

Recently I received an alert from Norton LifeLock about suspicious activity of my PII at PayPal.  The alert instructed me to contact PayPal at the contact information on the alert.  The contact information was stated as "unknown" so I called Norton to ask for the contact and they told me they didn't have it.  It is difficult to contact PayPal if one does not have a account with them.  Today I received in the mail a PayPal debit card that I did not order and on the back of it was a telephone number, so I called them to report the fraudulent activity the question is why didn't Norton LifeLock have this telephone number for PayPal,

It seems to me that I am doing all the work that Norton should be doing.  I rarely receive emails updating me on any fraud investigations that have been opened.

What exactly am I paying Norton to do.

I have been seriously considering dropping Norton LifeLock
