In a chat last night with Joanna at Norton, [Removed Case number], I asked why a renew subscription was more than buying the product again. Joanna offered me a good deal, Norton for one PC, and I took her offer. When I go online to get what was promised, her offer is not there, just the higher price. Why doesn't Norton keep it promises and contract agreement? How long will it take for them to email me a coupon or code or something so I can renew at the promised new price, not the inflated price.
