Customer Service

Yesterday I encountered a problem when trying to sign in to the forums here.  My old password wouldn't work.  I haven't been to the site here for quite some time and noticed the new layout.  Well, I tried and tried and was becoming a tad frustrated and went to the chat support site.  Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances here at home, I was unable to complete the chat session and get the help I needed. 

I tried to sign in again later on yesterday but it was blocked due to multiple attempts to sign in.  So, I waited until earlier today and signed in with no problem.  Today I received a phone call from the Norton Support Team about my chat session yesterday.   I was unable to get to the phone in time, and they left a voice mail about yesterday's session.  Well, I just finished a chat session with Mary Grace about the problem I had yesterday.  I explained to her that the problem has already been resolved, and I was able to sign in here with no problem today.  She was very courteous and wanted to make sure I wasn't in need of any further assistance. 

I have used the Norton Support Chat before for another issue, and I was very satisfied that time as well with the good service I received.  So, kudos to the Norton Support Chat team because they have always been very professional and thorough when I've dealt with them.  Thank you, Norton for providing the good service to me.
