How is the experience with NOrton customer service?
By accident I deleted my subscription on my phone and would like to get it reinstalled. It appears when you buy your subscription and like to reinstall it in another region you will need to buy a special geo key. If you break your laptop abroad you will need to buy a geo key The Customer service offered this key to an exorbitant amount. When trying to negotiate they became very rude and ended the chat. more than 4 times the person ended the chat before even started . It looks like they need to sell in stead of providing support.
