Yep, it's really annoying to see even an extension tries to sell stuffs.
I have tried to submit two domains that have recently been attacked and all that happens is another FF window opens and tries to sell me crap!

I have emailed everybody associated to Cyscon and gotten no response.
Oh. That's how I removed cyscon from my browsers. They have taken the extension down now too so I'm not sure if they would reply to a support case.
Let's @cyscon them [which should email them with a notification about this thread] and see if we can get them to help.
Edit: I wonder if a Reset or Refresh would work. You shouldn't lose your Bookmarks but you may have to reinstall your Add-ons.

The problem is , is that it does not show up in the extension list. But I have the shield on my toolbar and cannot find anything through Mozilla on how to remove it.
Same as any extension in Firefox. Open FF > Add-ons > Extensions > next to the cyscon extension click Remove.
How do I uninstall the Cyscon Security Shield Add-On for Firefox? Any help would be appreciated. I cannot find it anywhere in Firefox where I can uninstall it. I need help badly since it is blocking sites I don't want blocked.
