It never done before, but getting to be annoying, tempted to cancel subscription go with windows one.
Every evening it pops up a summary, i play a game evenings and it does it in that, but even if i wasn’t i dont want it popping up each evening. Seems to be the same time each day between 9.30pm and 10pm gmt.
Any way to stop it, notifications are all off.
Help please as will discontinue it is a nuisance.
After I wrote this see a few people complaining.

Norton released a backend fix for the Automatic UI Opening issue. Please run LiveUpdate and Restart the system to get the fix applied.
