I have a dark web alert that can neither be verified, viewed or cleared. It shows two greyed out areas but no detail. I can not get any further than seeing the alerts as it goes to “error” when I try to open it. The alert does not show on MyNorton nor does it show on the mobile app. How can I clear this alert that appears to be false. I have runs a full scan, startup scan and run the repair tool. But as soon as I sign in, the alert shows. In an abundance of caution I have changed my passwords.
@bc596 Correct me if I am incorrect, you are saying this is a web browser alert? Not showing when you log into your Norton account? If so that is a click bait alert. Have you already clicked on anything presented in that alert?
