Dark web monitoring and parental control icons disappearing

Hi,

I am still on a 30 day trial of this product (9 days remaining).  All worked fine and set up on 4 devices.  Now suddenly the 'Dark Web Monitoring' and 'Parental Controls' icons have disappeared from the My Norton window.  If I reinstall they return, but on the next reboot have disappeared again.  Dark web monitoring information  has been retained, but I now have no way to access it to view or add information.  All worked fine for approx 20 days but now this seems to be a persistent problems.  Any help would be appreciated!

It is possible that a LiveUpdate is updating something that requires a system restart to get everything in order. Run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.
