Dark Web Monitoring: Error 20008

Received an email regarding dark web monitoring. Clicked on the ‘Review my profile’ URL within the email but get the error 20008 code once logged in.

I've been having the same issue and error for several months now, logging 2 cases through the chat service and also calling up. Never got a call back from the support team regarding a resolution.

Norton Secure VPN was also disabled/enabled on my mobile as well.

Error: "20008" when clicking on Dark Web Monitoring from My Norton portal
We are aware of an ongoing issue with Dark Web Monitoring where you may receive Error "20008" while accessing the feature from the portal. We are working to enable this function from backend so that you can start using this feature. This is expected to be completed by middle of March and you will receive an email from us confirming that the feature can be used.
