This is not showing in my dashboard lineup again. Did this the other day but then showed up after i downloaded the latest virus protection,etc. Today it is gone. Why is it not showing in that lineup?
Seems to be something like globus5000 suggests. Today, have full suite of items in MY NORTON, sometimes not, may be all present this morning, some items may be missing on pm boot.

Syncing also sometimes affects days left on subscription. I normally boot 6:30 am time each morning, have an Excel worksheet where I record on/off times in which I have incorporated my own version of days left. Sometimes, at boot, Norton shows correct days left, but, like today, Norton currently showing 369 days, in reality, is 368 days. Norton will show correct figure after a later boot in the day.
that is proberly a sync bug i now it is happing to me also it is not happing to me whit Dark Web but it has happing to the other ther is ther like norton utilities ect but it comes and goes norton say it is a sync bug to the server they got i got it a lot and then it just stop

I too saw the same features 'missing' after the update. All came back when I restarted my system.

I was already signed in, but to fix this, i needed to sign out and then go back in. Back to normal now. That is the solution for this case.
If a system restart does not resolve this, check that you are signed into your Norton Account from within the 360 app. It is possible that installing the update may have signed you out.
